The family room is a place to relax and watch TV, on our 52" TV. videos or DVDs in comfortable surroundings. For peace and quiet the ideal place is the lounge area where comfort is the key word.

The large well appointed kitchen is fully equipped and has its own dining area. There is an oven, large refrigerator and freezer complete with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, double toaster and coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, plenty of drawer space, cable TV/video/DVD and a radio alarm clock. There is also an en suite bathroom with a large tub, vanity unit and a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and a TV/video.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and walk in closets. TV/video

There is a double integrated garage that can be accessed from the family room in which you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an ironing board and steam iron available.

The swimming pool faces south so the sun shines on it all day. There are sun lounge's, chairs and tables for your comfort. A covered Lanai allows you to sit out in the evenings even if it is raining!
